Prior to joining Imperial Homes, Yaw Amoah Pipim spent 5 years at Zaproze Gh Ltd, where he served as a dedicated Quantity Surveyor. During his time there, he contributed to significant projects such as the Construction of the Children and Mobile Library Project and the Construction of the University of Environment and Sustainable Development School Auditorium in Somanya, Eastern Region.

Some of these projects include the Apollonia Phase 2 Development and Infrastructure Works, the Bituminous Surfacing of Kyiren Nkwanta โ Mando Feeder Road, the MIDA project โ EC2 rehabilitation of roads in the Awutu Senya District in the Central region, and the Construction of the SIC Insurance Clinic.
