Theresa Fynn-Micheals is a strategic, technology-driven Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience spanning construction and real estate, telecommunications, interior design, law, finance, and the NGO sector across Ghana, the UK, and the USA.
She has worked with reputable organizations including Trasacco, ICSC-Global, and The Africa Centre UK, among others, where she supported people-Strategy, operations, and organizational development.
Theresa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, an Executive Certification from the Human Resources Certification Center, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Sector Management at the University of Ghana Business School.
Her passion lies in people-centered HR, technology adoption, strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and building systems that align talent with business goals. She is known for helping organizations create high-performing, accountable, and resilient teams in diverse environments.
