Emmanuel is a highly skilled professional in the field of civil engineering, holding a BSc in Civil Engineering from KNUST and SPE โ GhIE accreditation. Currently serving as the Project Director for Imperial Homes, he is leading the Agenda 111 Governments Hospital Project, a significant initiative. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in the Tendering Process for the NPA Head Office Building Annex, overseeing the design-build aspect as the Contractorโs representative from the pre-tender stage through tender submission to pre-contract award, for a substantial project valued at 16.9 million dollars.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Damoah served as a Project Manager at GKL for four years. Notable projects under his management included the Wa Water Supply Expansion Project and the Phase 1 Infrastructure Works of the Apollonia Development Project, valued at 3.9 million dollars. He also gained valuable experience at Berock Ventures Limited, where he contributed to the successful construction of the Five-Storey KNUST Exams Hall Building and the Seven-Storey NPA Head Office Building in 2016.
Furthermore, Mr. Damoah worked with Justmoh Construction Limited for a year, assuming the position of Project Manager for a significant project valued at 47.07 million Ghana cedis. His responsibilities encompassed various aspects such as setting up the project site camp, developing the project team, implementing a quality management system, and overseeing planning/programming, health, and safety management.
